Whilst I’m on maternity leave, I’m continuing to share Rooted Yoga at Home — my online yoga space to move, breathe and reconnect in your own time.
February Flows is this month’s edition and includes three thoughtfully sequenced practices, as shown in the image:
grounding, steady movement
moments of stillness alongside gentle strength
options and invitations to adapt each flow to your body
These practices are designed to be accessible and flexible — pause when you need, revisit favourite sections, or return to the same flow again and again. Yoga that fits around real life 🤍

Hello lovely people 🤍
I teach all-levels yoga in Norfolk and will be heading into maternity leave early next year. A few of my regular students have asked for online practices while I’m away from in-person teaching, so I’ll be adjusting my online offering from January onwards ✨

Home ed and after school groups ✨✨

Festive yoga at South Creake Hall ✨✨✨

The after school club group are absolutely LOVING the darker evenings, who’s bothered by a bit of dark? 🤣 🌙 ✨ (we do have an inside space- we’re absolutely not forced to be outside!)
Yesterday was just the most lovely ‘camping’ role play, completely child led 🥰
Shelter building, torches, star gazing, play dough marshmallows and campfire snack 🔥

Yoga starts again this Saturday at South Creake Village Hall.
I’ll be offering the first session half price to new comers, so let me know if you’d like to pop along 🙏✨ 🧘🏽‍♀️
