It's an hour long gentle massage of hands feet and head. As well as being deeply relaxing, clients report feeling calmer and more able to cope with life's ups and downs.

Loving my peonies! 🥰 An unexpected find in Lidl and they tie in with my latest Korean Drama obsession!

Peonies signify transformation, renewal and resilience so seems like a good energy to have in the room for a day of exchanging metamorphic process with a fellow practitioner.

Looking forward to it. I'm feel like I'm coming back to the wonder of this technique after not giving it the emphasis it deserves for a while.
