Things are progressing well at our extension in Fairfield, next steps is fitting Veluxes and GRP finish along with roofline and floating floor 🤝

Recently completed garden wall and greenhouse base for a regular client of ours at his property. This required use of some reclaimed brick and use of Flemish bond marrying into some existing walls which were previously built (not by us) awaiting top pier caps and to raise adjacent wall to suit

Recently competed garage conversion, turning existing garage into a new habitable space. This required internal insulation and warm roof to adhere to building regulations. Along with new windows, doors and opting for the horizontal cladding from cladco to wrap both front and back of garage plus the porch

Extension and porch blockwork completed for prime build projects last year with full fill cavity

Few bits and bobs over the last few months

Strip out and repoint in whipton, along with new cladding added on the bay window to finish

Bit of remedial repair work, adding solid piers and strengthening with new 9inch wall added.

Retaining wall completed in Blackall road for student lets in time for the new term last year, tricky dig out and concrete over serveral levels.

Adjustment to previous completed garage conversion where we removed existing store room door and opened up, vertical radiator added and a full decoration to suit 🔨
