Supposed to be covered in chocolate but I think there’s enough and I’m proud of the layers 👌🏻 chocolate sponge, chocolate ganache and a hazelnut praline crémeux 🤤
Lots of bits to do with this one! Took a looong time but well worth it for the outcome ☺️

Cupcakes from the weekend 😊 a little bit of fancy and a little bit of fun 😂 new boxes were delivered so I can transport/display the cupcakes in a nicer way rather than using up all my wagamamas tubs🙈 not sure who'll ever get just one cupcake but it's a cute box 😇

Saturday well spent ☺️ Naked Vanilla Drip Cake with Swiss Meringue butter icing. Added my own flare with the sprinkles and extra piping 👌🏻 white chocolate drips and strawberry jam in the middle 🤤

Victoria sponge cake 👌🏻 first of the cakes ☺️ productive way to spend my Wednesday evening 👏🏻 can’t wait to have a slice in a bit 🤤
