The DartmAwe project is an exciting new study that aims to investigate the role that different types of natural environments can have in improving our mental health.
🌿 Join a small group of up to 8 people on a walk among nature with mindfulness activities along the way
🌿Complete a few questionnaires and a very short interview
🌿All participants will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a £200 Amazon voucher
