Radiators or underfloor heating?

We need to choose between installing an underfloor heating system or radiators in one of our properties.
The underfloor system is more expensive but more efficient and more comfortable, as the heat doesn’t radiate from a single point in the room but instead rises evenly from the floor.
Radiators, on the other hand, are cheaper to install and easier to maintain; we wouldn’t have to destroy and rebuild the floor if there were a leak or something went wrong.

That being said, what would you rather have in your own home: radiators or underfloor heating?
