We've always been massively aware of the Climate Crisis and our role to play in making the right decisions for future generations.

We have always used renewable energy, all Secure Source company cars are electric, charged via solar and we've supported charities like Cool Earth for years, but wanted to create a solution so that all staff were 100% carbon neutral both in their professional and personal lives.

We are proud to have partnered with Ecologi to add to our pledge of making business climate responsible.

For each member of staff, we will plant 24 trees per month, every month.

This week, Secure Source celebrated it's 10th anniversary....10 YEARS!
Whilst I'm not quite sure where that has gone, it did give me a moment to reflect on what we've achieved in that time. From working on some of the most interesting roles with many of the worlds most innovative companies, every day has been different and I've been lucky to work with brilliant staff, clients and candidates along the way that have made it a great time. It's afforded us international travel, conferences, work with charities, assisting in co-founding a Cyber Security Recruitment body that raises the standards within recruitment . We've worked with the worlds biggest companies and established the smallest (that are not so small now). Looking forward to the long weekend ahead and moving into Secure Source's second decade with a lot of optimism for our excellent industry.
