I,Lazarus’ music is a truly cathartic one, an artist originally from the Devon area has released his latest single ‘Seventh Axium’.
It’ll be sure to provoke a strong reaction, with the screaming vocals and distorted guitar, it takes the listener to somewhere that demonstrates an extremely dark place.
has a sound with a hint of Nine Inch Nails and particularly Trent Reznor’s signature style. It is an especially heavy listen, still leaning to a sense of math rock.

‘Seventh Axium’ is the first release of 2022 for this artist and we’re eager to hear what’s next, as his past releases have been an equally wild ride of chaotic emotions.

It's been far too long since we've had a dedicated website for - I've now set up a site, that's predominantly for reviews and interviews, which will all be shown directly on the home page.

The first blog is a bit of a catch-up, briefly talking about the first band I covered for Uncovered back in November 2018 . certainly were a brilliant place to start, with the support from and Silver Town.

Despite my ill health, I certainly look forward to developing Exeter Uncovered 2.0, for now starting with the website. It's a wonderful positive focus.

Thank you for all your continued support. 💙

‘Wallflower‘ is the latest superb single released on 9th November from local musician Simon Lee Prince.
A beautifully written and arranged track, mixed by the great Andy Crofts (The Moons/Paul Weller Band), mastered at Abbey Road Studios. With the added delight of Jay Darlington on keys (Kula Shaker and Oasis keyboardist).

It's brilliant to discover further this particular artist’s signature style, mixing traditional singer-songwriter all while infusing an indie attitude, in excellent balance.

This brand new release truly lives up to Simon’s initial single, titled ‘B.S.S.A‘; together, they're a wonderful introduction to this unique musician.

It's important to support independent artists, especially during these difficult times, where the incredible music community are unable to gig and spread the power of music through live performances.
Hence why it's essential to support musicians with their new releases, in whichever way that we can.

It's incredibly important during these difficult times that we continue to stick together with a sense of unity.
The UK is heading into the second national lockdown tomorrow, it's a very difficult time for us all, in many different ways- for those of us needing to shield ourselves further, the businesses having to shut their doors yet again and the general sense of anxiety that this situation evokes in each of us.

Keep strong everyone, we’ll get through this, together with kindness being so imperative at times like this.💙
