We're looking for a passionate and caring Learning Support Worker to join our team at InFocus College in Exeter.

As a Learning Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting young people with vision impairment and complex needs to develop independence, confidence, and essential life skills.

📍 Location: Exeter
💷 Salary: £25,100.01–£26,276.87 FTE
⏰ Hours: 43.25 per week
📅 Term-time only – 38 weeks per year
🗓 Closing Date: 1 July 2026

It's all about keeping cool at InFocus College this week!

With temperatures rising across Exeter, our beautiful 13-acre campus is providing plenty of shaded outdoor learning spaces for students to enjoy.

One class has been using fresh ingredients to create a refreshing non-alcoholic sangria – the perfect way to stay cool while developing valuable communication skills.

Learning, fresh air, and a delicious summer treat – what could be better? 🍓🍊🍹

As the FIFA World Cup gets underway in Canada, Mexico and the USA, one lucky man pulls England out of the hat in the InFocus sweepstake! 😂

InFocus staff have been taking part in a charity-wide sweepstake to raise money for a cause close to their hearts.

We’re passionate about the benefits of learning in nature. The outdoors provides a calming, sensory-rich environment while creating meaningful opportunities to develop new skills and confidence.

With our berries almost ready to harvest, students will soon be heading outside with our Occupational Therapy Team to pick fresh fruit for use in cooking lessons.
