Sands is an organisation which can offer you support when a baby dies during pregnancy or after birth The death of a baby is a devastating experience.

Exeter Sands is a group that provides support anyone affected by the death of a baby in the Exeter and surrounding areas, it is run by a small group of us who have lost babies of our own. The effects of grief can be overwhelming and parents, their families and friends can be left feeling dazed, disorientated, isolated and exhausted. Husband and wife duo, Tia and Chris, will be hosting a ribbon display tomorrow on Exeter quay for baby loss awareness week.
We are meeting on the blue footbridge at 10am if anyone would like to join us and add a ribbon in honour of your baby.

If you are unable to make it tomorrow but would like a ribbon added for your baby, we can do this on your behalf. Please feel free to get in touch and we will be happy to help with this.

We are getting ready for our ribbon display this Sunday 5th October πŸŽ€

We are meeting on the blue footbridge on the quay in Exeter at 10:00. We will provide pink, blue and white ribbons and pens for anyone who would like to add a ribbon in honour of their baby. We will then be going for a walk and talk along the quay.

Children are welcome to come to this event. If you need any support with this, please get in touch.
