Hello Cornwall!!!

We are delighted to announce the opening of our new Cornwall office in Newquay.

This exciting move marks another important milestone for Co Create Architects as we continue our growth across the county. Over recent years, we have been fortunate to work on a diverse range of projects throughout Cornwall, building a strong portfolio across the housing, healthcare and private sectors.

Our commitment extends beyond the built environment. We remain passionate about supporting local communities, charities and organisations that make Cornwall such a vibrant and inspiring place to live and work.

The opening of our Newquay office reflects our long term commitment to the county and our ambition to continue supporting existing and future clients, consultant colleagues and communities throughout the county.

We are excited about this new venture and look forward to strengthening relationships, creating opportunities and contributing positively to the continued growth and success of Cornwall.

What a rewarding day! 🍃

As part of our 2026 Environmental Day, we supported the , a youth group based in Kingskerwell, in building a new covered area for their outdoor activities, giving them a space protected from the rain.

Proudly supported by bradfords_building_supplies, The Sloop Inn and costacoffee, and the day wouldn’t have happened without the amazing support from Matt Deprez at armadaproperty. A huge thank you as well to all the volunteers and parents who helped make it happen.

A rewarding and inspiring day to be part of and turns out we’re not half bad at building either!

Great to see the completion of the Pain Management Clinic refurbishment at , delivered in collaboration with .

The project transformed the existing admin space into a calm, modern clinical environment that supports the continued growth of Pain Management services for UHP, improving facilities for both patients and staff.

It is always rewarding to see a project move from design into a finished space that will support healthcare delivery for years to come.

Thanks to Nevada Construction Ltd for the completion images and continued efforts during the construction of this much needed facility!

We are proud to have supported Nevada Construction Ltd and University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust in completing this much needed CT upgrade for the hospital.

This was our first project to be approved by the Building Safety Regulator, navigating the new Building Safety Act process with Derriford Hospital being classed as a Higher Risk Building.

Well done to all involved 🙌🏼.

⛳GOLF DAY LAUNCH!⛳

We are excited to launch our second annual golf day. Following the enormous success last year, we plan to make things even bigger and better this year!

The event will be held on 8th August 2025 at Dainton Park Golf Club, Ipplepen.

The day is in support of the Children’s Hospice South West and we hope to raise lots of money for this worthy cause, while still offering great value and a good day out!

Tickets are being sold in pairs so get in touch if you want to join us for a day of golf, socialising, networking and fundraising.
