One thing I absolutely loved about working with this queen is that she never let other people’s opinions dictate her goals.

She’d often get comments like, “Why do you want to lose weight? You’re small enough already.” But the reality is, just because someone isn’t overweight doesn’t mean they can’t want to improve their body composition, build more muscle, feel more confident, or simply feel their best.

When she came to me, her goal wasn’t to become the smallest version of herself. It was to feel incredible for her hen do and wedding celebrations both here in the UK and abroad. She wanted more shape, more definition, more confidence and to look in the mirror knowing she had put her all into becoming the best version of herself.

What makes her results even more impressive is everything she was juggling alongside her goals. She was working night shifts, studying for a degree, applying for a new job, going on holidays, enjoying weekends away and still making time for meals out and social events with her friends.

We started with 2 to 3 home workouts per week before progressing into 3 to 4 gym sessions focused on building muscle. We spent time in a calorie deficit to reduce body fat and reveal the muscle underneath, and when the time was right, we gradually increased calories to support performance, recovery and muscle growth.

The biggest thing that got her these results wasn’t perfection. It was planning.

She became the absolute queen of planning ahead. Whether it was holidays, girls’ weekends, meals out or busy work weeks, she always looked ahead and adjusted rather than throwing in the towel and saying she’d start again on Monday.

Because of that consistency, she’s achieved exactly what she set out to do. She’s built a leaner, stronger physique, created more shape through her body, increased her confidence and felt amazing heading into one of the most important years of her life.

I think this journey is such a great reminder that your goals don’t have to be justified by anyone else. If there’s something you want to achieve with your body, that’s reason enough to go after it. ❤️❤️
