Exeter has a number of beautiful nature reserves within the city boundaries, one of which is just a 5 minute stroll from our front door. Barley Valley Nature Reserve has a patchwork of woodland and meadows with some of the best views of the city you’ll find anywhere! A great spot for a morning jog, wildlife watching or a family picnic.

Making plans for a sunny day off school tomorrow!

Sunny Dawlish ☀️ It’s a short drive from our Airbnb but it’s much more fun to catch the train from St.Thomas station in Exeter and enjoy the scenic journey down the Exe estuary. Get off at Dawlish station and you’re right on the beach! 🌊

The beautiful Coryton Cove 💙 There’s something for everyone here - sea, sand, trains 🚂 as well as hot drinks and yummy treats at The Cove Cafe At Coryton Cove Dawlish 🍦☕️

We finally got round to filling the space above the sideboard! We made these mono prints a while back at a Double Elephant Print Workshop at Topsham Brewery & Taproom. Only took 3 years to get them in the wall!
