Exmouth Speaking Up. Planning our events including speakers from all kinds of interesting people. We are back on The Deck at Ocean - Exmouth we also talked about how we promote positive mental and physical health for ourselves and those around us. In August we have our annual BBQ when we will be joined by the Ottery group.

We had a great time at our Friday group . Janet shared her skills with making Easter sheep!

Skittles and chips. Our speaking up group is full of friendship, mutual support and fun. Sometimes we talk about some tricky stuff and sometimes we just enjoy each other’s company and laugh (a lot 😀)

This morning we enjoyed an art session with Ali. There was a lot of talented people in the room!

We had a great morning with the lovely staff at talking about reasonable adjustments and the difference they make.

At Speaking Up we celebrated Lucy’s birthday. 😀
