Entrance hallway, landing and cloakroom toilet fully renovated. New back to wall toilet with fully tiled walls and floor. We added new oak doors throughout the house. Knocked the doorway out to the kitchen to make it flow better. Plastered walls and ceiling. New modern style banister railing. New skirting and architrave and fully painted. The only thing we didn’t do was the flooring.

Bathroom renovation. Had to do a lot of work to get there but happy with how this one turned out. Had to re route the soil pipe, break out the concrete floor to expose the pipe work. We lowered the ceiling to fit the tiles and built stud walls for the enclosed toilet cistern and shower niche. added his touch with electrics including underfloor heating, duel fuel radiator and lighting all round.

Something different this time, was asked to refit this Reception/ shopfront area. Everything was custom built. Electrics done by

Transformed this small room into a utility room.

New utility/boot room. This garage was previously converted into two rooms but we made it back into one. Re-built the internal walls with proper insulation, full re-wire, plaster, underfloor heating, tiled floor and added Howdens kitchen. Thanks to SL electricals for electrical work.

Kitchen upgrade including floor tiles

Separate toilet and shower room made in to one. Took it right back and re built it. This one had the full spec including digital shower, dual fuel radiator, underfloor heating, niche with spot lights and resin mitred joints instead of tile trims. 👌🏻 as usual electrical work carried out by SL electricals

Utility/boot room transformation. Not a single wall was straight or level but managed to get there in the end. Kitchen was supplied by Howdens and floor tiles by Original Style. Electrical work as always carried out by SL electricals

Updated the front entrance of this house to a modern contemporary look to bring it in line with the house.
