LODGE COOK WANTED - ARGYL - WEST COAST SCOTLAND - Weekend: 21st- 23rd August 2026. Cooking simple tasty food for a large party including children. Friday supper, buffet help yourself. Saturday simple cooked breakfasts, simple lunch, BBQ style supper simple pudding for children and cheese for grown ups. Sunday cooked breakfast. Accom, pay circa £600 depending on experience. COOK / HOUSEKEEPER (Chalet host in the sun!) - WANTED - SOUTH OF FRANCE - 29th July - 29th August 2026 - Nr SALLES for Multigenerational family holiday. Cooking and helping main family of x6 (2 adults and x4 young children new born to 7yrs old) plus visiting grandparents. Cook with previous experience (eg ski season or similar) happy to cook and also do some once a week housekeeping bedroom cleaning and changeovers and possible additional occasional (paid) babysitting. Menu planning, shopping, laying and clearing, laying out continental breakfasts cooking Lunches (Salads, bbqs, picnics etc) and light dinners and keeping kitchen in order. Cook with own car (travel covered) would be ideal, or cook with drivers licence happy to drive in France. Accom in double ensuite, travel costs covered and pay circa £150/ day + extra for any additional babysitting requests. Sounds a lovely way to spend August for a past Orchards trained cook who enjoys family life and helping with young children in a beautiful rural farmhouse. Today, our Chalet Cooks refined their knife skills through creative apple art! 🍎 As well as preparing a delicious Roast Pork Loin, Mint & Courgette Soup with a feathered cream finish and refreshing Sorbet. 🍧 A fantastic day of developing culinary techniques, presentation and confidence in the kitchen! ✨👏

COOK WANTED - SALCOMBE, Devon - 8th-15th August 2026. Cooking for a family of 6 (with the children ranging 20-29yrs) plus some occasional visiting friends (number tbc). Confident cook who must be a driver who can do menu planning, food ordering (online) and shopping. Breakfasts, Packed / light lunches, cakes for tea, and 3 course diners and some nights with 2 course with canapes, one of the party has nut allergy. House has Aga and BBQ is in stunning location. Lovely sounding job for an Orchards Cook with previous experience, such as ski season, lodges, villas etc, Accom and parking on site pay £20-£200-£250 day depending on experience can travel contribution. Today's dishes were off the scales! 🐟😉 Our Chalet Cooks and Orchards Course students have been making delicate cod, Spiced Mackerel & Watercress Salad packed with flavour 🔥 Rich sticky Toffee Pudding, oozing with toffee sauce, along with many other yummy treats! 😍
