CYRUS CASE STUDY

Iconic was recommended to us by our builders, who were building a two-storey rear extension on our house. They were asked to provide two sets of bi-fold doors and new windows which were quite bespoke.

Iconic provided us with clear choices that enabled us to make informed decisions. They were polite prompt and always professional in their communication with us.

They fitted the doors and windows on schedule, ensuring we were kept informed at every stage. The fitting was done with good attention to detail and the fitters always cleaned up after themselves. There were some issues with our existing windows, where water was gathering in the frame. Iconic was able to identify and rectify the issue on site.

As with all large jobs, there were some issues. The supplier of the windows had provided the wrong colour leaded-lights for some of the windows. As soon as we notice it, Iconic stepped in and resolved the problem with the supplier, whilst assuring us that we would not be required to suffer for someone else's mistake.

The windows and doors have been fitted for eighteen months and we have had no major issues. Iconic have provided good after-sales service and came one site to fix a sticky lock and repair a dented doorstep.

Iconic have shown professionalism, clear and consistent communication and reliability since we were introduced to them and we are very happy with the outcome.
