As we celebrate Volunteer Week, we would like to say a huge thank you to all the amazing volunteers at Sutton Timebank and to every volunteer from our local community who gives their time to support others.

The Big lunch:
On Tuesday 2nd June we are holding The Big Lunch from 11.30 till 1.30pm at The Glebe.
Please note this will be held instead of the weekly coffee morning. Bring a dish to share.
The Big Lunch is the UK’s annual get-together for neighbours and communities, with millions of people coming together for a few hours of food, friendship, and fun. It connects people and encourages friendlier, safer communities.
Everyone is welcome.

Join us tomorrow (20th May) for Lunch and Laughs, from 11.30 -1pm at The Glebe.

Come along for a friendly chat and enjoy lunch together. This is a free event, and everyone is welcome

Litter pick this morning cancelled.

Apologises for the last minute cancellation. New date will be rearranged soon.

Our next litter pick is tomorrow (Wednesday 13th May) from 10-12. Meeting near the Anchor Inn at Sutton Gault to focus on this area of the village. I will bring all equipment needed. Everyone is welcome.

Just a reminder no social gardening or chair-based exercise class today. Both will be back on Monday 11th May.

Upcoming events:

• Monday 4th May, due to bank holiday there will be no chair-based exercise class or social gardening. Both will be back on Monday 11th May.
• Tuesday 5th May coffee morning and lunch from 10-12.30 at The Glebe. Everyone is welcome.
• Next village litter pick is Wednesday 13th May from 10 till 12. We will be meeting at Sutton Gualt near the Anchor Inn.

Another fun Monday morning at the Kitchen Garden. We have planted beans, beetroot, potatoes and salad leaves.

We will not be meeting on 4th May (or 25th). Back on 11th from 10-12 at the Lawn Lane allotments.

Everyone is welcome and no commitment required. Volunteers at any other time to help maintain and support the kitchen garden are very much appreciated.
