We exist to provide space for survivors’ stories to be held and heard. Part of this is in providing safe, respectful therapeutic spaces for survivors to tell their stories in their own words and at their own pace. Here’s a quote from a survivor who accessed support from our service.
We are here to believe you, to listen to you and to support you. 💜🌿✨

Holding space for remembrance, connection and gentle support.
On Overdose Awareness Day 31st Aug, the Arrows team are creating a welcoming environment where people can come together, honour loved ones, and access compassionate, practical information that may help keep others safe.
You’re invited to join in whatever way feels right for you — whether that’s taking a quiet moment of reflection, learning more about harm reduction, or simply being around understanding faces in a calm social space.
Everyone is welcome, exactly as they are.

If you or your friends have experienced sexual violence, we are here for you.
We understand that sexual violence doesn’t just impact survivors themselves. It can be difficult for friends, family and partners to know what to do, how to support survivors and how to process their own feelings.
We offer short blocks of support for people close to survivors who are affected by sexual violence.
