Last weekend I delivered Scotland's Mental Health First Aid to a mixed group in Lossiemouth, kindly organised by The Lossie 2-3 group. Among the participants were members of Lossiemouth Men's Shed, and that got me thinking about why mental health is such a hidden issue among older men, and how do we make it okay for older men in Moray, and elsewhere, to talk about their mental health?

Today we're published an article on our website which delves into the stigma that surrounds mental health among older men and the importance of creating a safe, open environment to encourage discussions.

We have had the best 2 days doing our Sponsored Easter egg hunts!🥳

We have a few thank yous to say ...

First off a huge thank you to Geoffs taxi's of lossiemouth for their generous £100 donation to fund the Easter egg hunt ❤️

Another huge thank you to the Asda community champion Irene who supplied us with the yummy Easter eggs and sweets to fill our goody bags for the children! 🥳

A huge thank you to Tesco community champion Tracy for providing us with some more goodies and sunflower seeds for our goody bags and for also coming out to visit our children and doing fruit bowls with them, they absolutely loved this and we can't wait to come visit ❤️

And to The Salt Cellar for having us after our easter egg hunts and providing the delicious cakes and drinks for children and families, we're forever grateful for your generosity and amazing staff ❤️

And finally to our lovely families who fundraised for our new outdoor area, you have really blown us away with your generosity! We really appreciate the support 🥳
