I made this banner for ‘s birthday!! It’s based on their D&D character Verum, a spooky lil guy with hare motifs, who got shot with an arrow a lot less metaphorically than he’d have liked 💚

Just had a teal unicorn dice tray purchased via my Etsy, which gave me the opportunity to take fresh photos of the design! 🦄

This Bat Swarm print design isn’t actually new in and of itself, but this is my first time putting it on a dice bag! I think the little critters look fab, and I may need to design a spooky dice tray to match 🦇

I made a Fontaine Verdigris doll!

He was created from a Monster High Frankie doll as a base, but the customisation process was much more intense than my other Phonetaine doll. I forgot to take a ‘before’ picture to show the original body shape but I fully gave this doll top surgery, shaved down the hips, and scraped all the hair off, before building on top with air dry clay to create his mask, scalp, ear defenders, panelling on the torso and limbs, and heels. The clay was sanded, sealed with superglue, and painted with acrylic paint. I also stuck some jump rings into his ear defenders to attach the little earrings I made for him.

During the process, I made a mistake that would come back to bite me - sculpting the clay onto his head while it was still separate from his body. I thought this would help me with precision, and it did, but forcing the head back onto the body stretched the soft plastic and cracked the very much non-stretchy clay of his poor head (and not even where it’s supposed to be cracked!). I was able to mostly superglue the fragments back down, add modelling paste in the gaps, and had to basically repaint his entire face to cover the lumpy, cracked texture. He’s still not as smooth as he was, and it’s a mess around the neck, but I’m still immensely proud of how he turned out!
