Time for a brand new outdoor class timetable! πͺπΌ
Same structure as usual - Boxing, Circuits & Sunrise Sessions... Hopefully with a lot more sunshine! ππΌ
β Quick note that Thursday boxing is now starting slightly earlier at 18:00 instead of 18:15!
As always, weekly booking will go up through the WhatsApp poll ππΌ

π RETURN OF THE CLASSES!
After a short break while I recovered from laser eye surgery, the Munro Fit Outdoor Classes are back! ππΌ
Iβve put together a 4-week timetable running from 19th March - 9th April before I head off to Australia for a few weeks π¦πΊ
With the weather improving, now is the perfect time to get involved!
Summary:
π₯ Boxing on Thursday evenings
ππ» Circuits on Sunday afternoons

Early morning Tuesday sessions!
All abilities welcome β sessions are designed so everyone can work at their own level!

π₯ Boxing β Thursdays, 6:15pm, Harrison Park.
ππ» Circuits β Sundays, 12:45pm, Bruntsfield Links (new location!).

Sunrise Sessions β Every 2nd Tuesday, 6:30am, Meadowspot Park.
All abilities welcome. Everything can be adapted!

π If I was setting a fitness goal for January, I wouldnβt say βI want to lose weightβ...
Iβd say βI want to get consistent with moving more!".
Weight loss is an outcome.
Consistency is the action.
Steps. Workouts. Showing up regularly.
Do that often enough and the results look after themselves!
That's exactly why I'd focus on being consistent this month! No perfection, no pressure, just showing up! πͺπΌ
Now go smash the rest of this month to set yourself up for an amazing year! ππΌ
