Ingredients

50ml Holyrood Distillery eight of Arrows Gin
10ml Dry Vermouth

Glass: cocktail coupe 🍸
Garnish: lemon twist 🍋

Method

Add ingredients to a mixing glass or tin, fill to the top with ice, stir for 30-40 seconds until icy cold, and strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with a twist of lemon. Et voila!
