We're excited to see the Launch of UK based Branch Pergola this week.
We recently helped them with 3D Modelling and Rendered Visualisations to showcase their range of Modular Brackets which are manufactured here in the UK.
If you're looking for a DIY garden project this summer, you can easily build your own bespoke pergola using their sturdy bracket system. Just add locally sourced timber, and some friends to give you a hand.

Mood-boarding our tiny bathroom reno project - while the building work continues, I’ll share some insight into the finishes and items we’ve sourced. My wife and I approach the interior design of our home the same way we did with our wedding: classic, minimal, and generally avoiding trends. We have touched upon several obvious ones in this design, but overall we select styles which are likely to stand the test of time. Some of our favourite things right now that we both absolutely love are not part of our design scheme because we know they won’t last long. When investing big sums of money in construction, property, (and memories like weddings) picking things with longevity are the key to the best outcome. You can easily sink thousands into a design which will be a big hit today, but quickly becomes dated in a few years time. When re-designing your home, ask yourself what will raise the value of your property and hold that value over time? It’s a great way to guide your choices and refine your ideas. Setting the tone of our tiny bathroom reno project - Today the building work starts on our bathroom renovation. It’s demolition day, so the dust will be flying as I type this, and the builders will have a lot of trips up and down our 4 flights of stairs with rubble bags! We’re thrilled to finally see our wee bathroom get gutted out. any owners / renters of an Edinburgh tenement flat will know, the bathroom is the Achilles heel, they’re awkward, obscure, and teeny tiny! We decided to bring ours up to the same standard we have for the rest of our home, to feel like a 5 star resort. We can’t make the room any bigger, but we can make it FEEL like a boutique hotel. Better is better! Watch this space for progress...

Coming up for 10 months since I’ve been able to regularly make use of the studio. I have to say, working from home is not all bad, I’m lucky to have a spare room that we’ve managed to trick out with all you would expect from a decent workspace, and sharing with my wife has been really lovely. I am missing the vibe of the studio though, the surrounding community, and the light, ohh the lovey natural light that floods in from the castle facing windows. I’m looking forward to using it more in the next few months as things (hopefully) begin to improve 🤞
