💚 I have a message 💚

As you wake up on a fine Monday morning, if you have ever considered not being here and everyone would be better off with you not being here.

That is 1 million percent not true.

What will happen is you’ll get through this it might not be today or next week, it may be a bit rockier or it might all evaporate soon.

❌ When it does is the IMPORTANT so don’t IGNORE IT ❌

You will wake 1 day and think I’m glad I never done that back then because I would have missed “Maybe being a parent” - “Maybe achieving something you never thought possible”

Or maybe for a split second you’ll find some peace and I’ll tell you this, I’d fight any inner battle to have that moment of peace when it presents itself.

You may not ever do any of the above and you may never find peace, but you’ll not no if you choose to go now.

We’ll not be here soon enough naturally so, consider a moment of peace and the rest well you get to right that - either way.

We’ve been in Tenerife for a weekend with friends.

I’ve had the pleasure of bumping in to 1 of the young team who came to the water with us last winter, I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know him and we’ve shared things with each other that are personal and that are a life’s work to overcome.

If you choose to go, I hope you’ll find the peace you’re searching for.

THE KILT IS COMING OUT FOR 10 DAY WALK 1st December Easthouses Football Club Youth to Isle Of Skye, Scotland

Right everyone this is where we can all play a part in creating this and feel like yous all helped a number of causes by donating anything you can, if everyone from all of these places and all my connections donated £5/£10 this would solve a lot of the problems we face.

20% will be donated to Debbieanne Marriott Jamie’s mum who set up to help young people with their mental health and so much more.

This is dear to my heart and we’ve had this happen in our family my wife’s uncle, so I’ll walk In EVERYONE’S memory of anyone’s loved ones who’s not with us any more.

Easthouses football club have a building that’s in need of renovations and is falling down, YoU-NiQuE Futures (Scotland) You-Nique Freeze are partners with Easthouses to regeneration this building and create a community hub with 2 studios - 5 changing rooms and a cold water therapy suite and sensory room.
Studio 1 will be a gym that will be classes and activities working with the demographic’s you-nique has been created for.
Studio 2 will be used by a local dance school and will also be available for party hires and community groups.

Today is the day my life takes a new road, don’t know this road in a physical sense but on the mental - emotional and psychological level I’ve walked this road a million times and felt every bumped - fell or tripped in every crack and every time I walked it again I learnt where not to walk to make the Journey less hazardous and as I went I got older and wiser until now I can see anything as I walk I just know that it’s clear and anything that I might stumble over won’t make me hurt myself or fall.

I now want to learn how I can help you if your a parent trying to guide your kid like i am down your same road but you can’t help them and feel helpless, help is ok it’s way so have a nice day and keep an eye for my kilt as it symbolises hope, if your someone who’s walking it alone and struggling to figure out how to get by and stop falling or tripping don’t worry it’ll be ok, it might not be easy but doing it walking with someone who’s been there and learnt and can guide snd support you makes it less frustrating and way more fun learning about the road and yourself and the walk and road is LIFE.

I don’t have all the answers and I can’t help everyone but there is a demographic of / / / who suffer with something or another as I have or I have experienced in life or in parenting that I want to help by creating a charity and social enterprise and content on social media to help / support and take roof off and shout for.

This kilt you will never see the end of as I start this journey, I’m I have and syndrome comes and goes but fuc£ them I’ll fight them as I always do and we’ll win as will you against what ever your currently going through.

I was diagnosed mildly dyslexic at school , I was meant to amount to nothing in life written off, I believed it so I acted out ended up in prison 17, I enjoyed my younger years abusing drugs and alcohol I stopped drink aged 23 as I wasn’t happy and knew if I didn’t address things then I’d amount to what I was told just a waster or in & out of low paid jobs because I never stuck in at school, don’t believe that if any of this sounds like you I’m living proof.
