The event wouldn’t be complete without seeing a cooking show and sampling some delicious dishes. So, we went along to the Food for Thought Theatre to see what delights Cat Frankitti, food technologist and good friend of Salmon Scotland, had on offer. Showcasing Scotland’s Native Hebridean salmon, we got to taste hot and cold with various accompaniments which went down a treat! At their vendor stand, Native Hebridean salmon was being picked up by lots of new fans.

A major congratulations to Hannah and Lillee of the Scottish Sea Farms Ltdteam for winning the Excellence Award at the Marks and Spencer Select Farm Awards. We attended the celebratory event at M&S’s tent at this year’s Royal Highland Show.
Working in nature, whether on land or at , inevitably means that overcoming challenges is part of a farmer's regular routine. As farmers, everything revolves around our fish. This means applying high standards of fish and welfare throughout their lives, a principle we will always be guided by.
This incredible award proves that our farmers are accomplishing this.
