One of the best ways to improve your Swedish is by reading dialogues.
Dialogues help you learn natural sentence structure, everyday vocabulary, common expressions, and how conversations flow in real life.
This B1-level dialogue is perfect for learners who want to move beyond textbook Swedish and start understanding how native speakers communicate.
These are exactly the kinds of texts, exercises, and discussion activities I use during my tutoring lessons. They help you build vocabulary, improve reading comprehension, and gain confidence using Swedish in real-life situations.
How many of the words and phrases did you already know?
Answer one of the questions from the final slide in the comments.

Language learning is not about perfection. It is about consistency, confidence, and actually using the language.
If you want lessons built around real conversation, useful vocabulary, grammar that makes sense, and a relaxed space to make mistakes and improve, you’re in the right place.
Swedish becomes much easier when you actually start using it.
DM me if you’re ready to start.

Did you know some Swedish nouns look exactly the same in singular and plural?
Take ett träd (tree):
• trädet
• träd
• träden
Notice something interesting? Träd stays the same in both indefinite singular and indefinite plural. This is common with some Swedish nouns, which is why learning all four forms is so important.
If you only learn one form, it is much harder to use Swedish correctly. Learn nouns as a set of four from the start and grammar becomes much easier ✨
Save this for practice and tell me, did you know träd looks the same in singular and plural?

Many Swedish learners find de and dem confusing at first, and that’s completely normal. The easiest way to remember the difference is to think of them like they and them in English.
De is used as the subject of the sentence, just like they.
Dem is used as the object, just like them.
Example:
De kommer snart. – They are coming soon.
Jag såg dem igår. – I saw them yesterday.
Once you start thinking of them this way, it becomes much easier to choose the correct form.

Did you know Swedish nouns have four forms to learn, not just one? Just like in English.
Take en björn (bear):
• björnen
• björnar
• björnarna
Learning all four forms is so important if you want to use Swedish correctly. It helps you build sentences naturally and makes speaking, reading and understanding much easier.
When you learn a new noun, learn all four forms together from the start. Your future self will thank you 💛
