Super proud of these two for completing the at the weekend. What a great achievement and so much distance covered. It was great to be able to cheer you both across the finish line and work for . Special well done to for coming 3rd womans team over all and 1st in the non elite category, you need to start giving yourself much more credit! Awesome achievement โค๏ธโค๏ธ๐๐
Great to treat in the clinic today. The progress she is making is tremendous. With her training put on hold for a short while, itโs great to see and hear all about her recovery and current triathlon training. Dry needling along with physiotherapy exercises provided by .lesley is working wonders.
