Tonight the Scouts learnt about Founders day which was yesterday 22nd February.
World Scout Membership is currently more than 50 million Scouts, both young people and adults, across 216 countries and territories. There are 155 countries with internationally recognised National Scout Organisations.
We are part of something amazing!!! 👊

40 years ago tonight the 75th began pioneering Beaver scouts. 4 decades on our colony is still going from strength to strength. With around 1000 young people & 20+ leader volunteers supported by parent volunteers we have truly spread the ethos of Fun & Friends. Remarkably one of the original Leaders & original Beavers are still Scouting in the 75th & many others have gone from Beavers through the sections to become leaders in the 75th & further afield. Happy 40th Birthday 75th Beavers
