A little roundup of some of the meals I cooked for a gorgeous bunch of guests. Feel lucky to do a job I love and have support from some especially lovely friends. Had a tumble off the pony just before I left, wasn't brilliant timing but hey ho life goes on!

Salads and sides for the end of summer. Delicious Isle of White tomatoes with mozzarella balls, charred cauliflower with Harrissa and hot honey, tahini dressing and preserved lemons, pan fried peppers with cumin and parsley, roasted aubergine with a coriander and cashew pesto and garlic yogurt and a fennel slaw.
