Thompson Brothers have released a new set of "mystery malts" blank bottles that could contain literally any single malt. Old, new, rare, strange or familiar. All we can tell you is they don't bottle bad juice.

Buy your dram, experience it and then we'll (maybe) let you know what it is. We love these bottles as they combine good liquid with a fun & novel way to enjoy it.

It's the first day of the Edinburgh Bar Show '26, so if you're visiting Bramble over the coming days, things may be slightly different than what you're used to.

That being said this wonderful bunch of people, will be on hand as always, to make sure you have the best time possible.

Just so you know, some of their favourite things are caffeine, snacks (no peanuts) and generously tipping guests 😉.

You've been asking, so we thought we'd treat you and let you know which of our beloved alumni will be gracing Bramble once more on Tuesday 14th April.

They will take to the bar and be serving a bespoke menu for one hour each, from 8pm! This will be accompanied by a menu of Bramble classics, available all night long. So you gotta get down quick, if you're planning on trying the whole menu!

To close out our Edinburgh Bar Show, we're being joined by the great team from Manolo, Liverpool, on Wednesday 15th April.

They are bringing the party with tropical tequila drinks, courtesy of El Jimador, Herradura & Schweppes. As well as their Monomondo DJs providing the soundtrack.

It's a little over a week until our now annual Edinburgh Bar Show party. To kick off celebrations for our twentieth anniversary, this year we’re going big!

We're bringing you an awesome DJ, , and some amazing bartenders, bone fide legends in the game!

Bramble’s always been about slinging delicious drinks to a banging soundtrack and as we move into our twentieth year of doing that, it’s hard not get a little nostalgic about all the great times we’ve had so we’re bringing back some of our favourite drinks and bartenders from years gone by to remember where we’ve come from and celebrate where we’re going.
