We've helped to set up sensory rooms in Ukraine - funded by your donations.

When Maggie visited Ukraine last last year, she realised just how important these rooms are. These rooms are designed to reduce emotional tension and help stabilise a child’s psychological state. They are safe spaces for children with special educational needs, disabilities, and those experiencing severe trauma.

We are looking for a volunteer to help with our financial administration.

This is an important role that supports the running of the charity, including maintaining records, tracking funds, and helping prepare annual accounts in line with charity reporting standards.

If you or someone you know has experience in finance, accounting, or charity reporting and might be interested in supporting in this way, we would be very happy to hear from you.

On July 5th, EDAI volunteers Brian Mackenzie, his son Ross, and John Thomson take on the Seven Hills of Edinburgh Challenge for the sixth time. This time they are raising funds for life-saving tourniquet first aid kits in Ukraine. If you would like to contribute to their efforts, please see the link in the comments.

In February our warehouse team packed a container full of goods donated by our supporters and sent it overseas. It has now reached Beirut and is being distributed amongst displaced families.
