Callander Christmas Lights Switch-On 2025

We were pleased to provide the sound system for this year’s Callander Christmas Lights Switch-On. After noticing audio challenges at last year’s event, we reached out and offered our support to the volunteer team, free of charge, as a way of giving back to the community.

Our setup was intentionally simple and fully weather-proofed, with all sensitive equipment protected and mixed from inside a vehicle. The result was a clear, reliable system that carried the brass band, announcements, and speeches across the square without being overpowering.

A huge well done to the organisers and volunteers who put so much heart into this event every year. We were proud to be a part of it.

It’s graduation season again!
We’re streaming live so friends and family at home can join in the celebration.

A great day at the STEP Open Day!

Destiny Productions provided the sound system for this outdoor community event at Stirling Enterprise Park. Despite the mixed weather, our compact waterproof setup—complete with mics and music—kept things running smoothly.

A special highlight was the fire brigade's live car-cutting demonstration, perfectly narrated over our clear, wind- and rain-tested PA system. Thanks to STEP for being fantastic landlords and hosting a brilliant event! 👏

We’re here all week in Edinburgh, working alongside a great bunch of folks covering sound, live stream and voting — each looked after by different teams. Lovely to be part of such a smooth-running collaboration.

This weekend we're in Edinburgh running slides, videos and cameras for the "Made for you" conference

Zoom meetings now have a feature called "meeting summary" which uses AI to generate a summary of your meeting or event once it's over.

Today we were in the warehouse configuring and testing one of the multi PC "zoom racks" prior to it going out to facilitate a hybrid event next week. I was amused after packing everything up to receive a "summary" of my day's activities from zoom. As a tool to give you a summary of a long day's conference, it's great, but in the warehouse, I'm not sure the AI fully understood what was going on.....

An early start today. All set up and ready for rehearsals by 1030h meant the alarm clock ringing at 0430h this morning.

But the lunchtime awards show went smoothly and it was pleasant to be working with Cameron Events again.

At Birnam arts center today. The food here is always excellent but especially so after 9 days of "a burger from the van" for lunch and dinner.
