Here's another way to energise churches to think about what their building is for and what they should do as a result -very different from ours, but we love that the National Churches Trust is doing this.
Volunteer Mentoring Pilot Scheme Across the country, dedicated volunteers are working hard to care for churches, chapels, and meeting houses. But even the most committed teams sometimes need advice whether it’s securing funding for repairs, planning a project, or engaging the local community.

The Scottish Episcopal Church ran a wonderful series of Net Zero Roadshows where we gave workshops and talked to many congregations about the difficulties they face reducing their energy use and moving away from fossil fuels. We're thinking now about what we've learned and what we should do to augment our self-guided programme that gets churches and other community groups started on their way. If you've been involved in one of our workshops or done the programme, remember, we're always here for you - and if not, have a look at our website and Guide Book!
Events: St Andrews, Dunkeld & Dunblane Net Zero Roadshow The Net Zero Team was pleased to welcome the First Minister John Swinney MSP to join the Net Zero Roadshow for the Diocese of St Andrews, Dunkeld and Dunblane.
