Big wishes to all of our guests and friends as we head into the new year.
We are fully booked tonight and ready to see 2025 out properly, going into 2026 with a big bang. If you are planning ahead, we would love to see you tomorrow, whether you come straight from the party or head home first, both work just fine😎

Hogmanay and New Year’s Day at Merchants!
End the year with great food and crafted cocktails, start the new one the same way. Our Hogmanay and New Year’s Day menus are live, and tables are ready to be booked via the Merchants website.
