Received a call from a customer today to advise that she had just got home and her key wouldn’t turn in the door.

No problem… within 20 minutes we were on site to find a 3* high security cylinder that had jammed…. Nightmare!!!

Picking was not an option as she already had a key so destructive (but neat) entry was the only option.

However within 10 minutes we had the door open & had replaced the cylinder with a brand new Mul-T-Lock UK BreakSecureXP 3* cylinder

Call received this morning from a landlord. Their tenant had just called to say they couldn’t lock their back door.

Attended to find the multi point gearbox had failed and needed to be replaced.

No problem…. Genuine Fullex Locks Ltd parts used and completed the same day

Been a busy day with a lot of UPVC door mechanism failures.

This one in had failed with the door jammed in the locked position. No problem… we are UPVC door specialists & had it open in seconds, without damage to the door or frame.

Some adjustments were required to the strip to make the new lock case fit as the original is now discontinued.

Job completed today on an old Chubb safe in .

Customer reported they we’re unable to lock their safe. Removed the lock only to find that the key they had wasn’t the correct one. It was one key in a massive bunch.

As it’s a vintage safe parts aren’t really available.

Stripped the lock down, rearranged leavers & cut a new key by hand before cutting a brand new spare.

Will be installed back into the safe later in the week
