We are a local Woman's Institute who meet on the third Thursdays in the month at St Fremund’s Church (LU6 1DR) @ 2.30pm-5pm with a range of guest speakers and activities.

Hello everyone, it’s been a long time but DUNSTABLE WI is rejuvenated with a new location and time!

We would love to see new faces, even if you pop in for a quick hello, so come along on March 19th for our social afternoon where we will be hosting a Chinese Raffle!

Visitors are £4 for entry and refreshments. There is also car park spaces available.

Keep an eye out for future posts that will show everything we have been up to!

At Christmas there’s a lot of pressure to be perfect and have it all. We see adverts showing happy families in matching PJ’s, having fun, opening lots of gifts, eating beautifully cooked food.

Nobody is having a drunken row, struggling with life, debt or feeling lonely in these adverts. It could be your first year without a beloved family member or friend, or too many years.

This can be the hardest time of year for many people. The Samaritans have a free number - 116 123 (UK). They are there 24x7 and want to help anyone in need.

A copy and paste might save someone's life.

Remember it's ok not to be ok ❤️

"Idk who needs to know this because it took me 25 years and a TikTok to learn but putting your fruit in mason jars rather than the containers they are stored in at the time of purchasing is a HALLELUJAH for me 😅 I tried it after I saw it and will never go back, it keeps the fruit fresh foreverrrrrr."
