For the second year running I am taking part in the Chiltern Challenge Spring Walk, on Saturday 30th April, to help Transitions UK. The charity work with 15-25 year olds across a spectrum of need that includes; learning disabilities, mental health and emotional issues, exclusion and offending and young people leaving care.
