Customer asked us to renew and upgrade his existing fibre glass septic tank which was not only delaminating internally but also too small for his property.

Many thanks to Cowal Sand and Gravel ltd for the assistance with concrete, very VERY tight driveway but the driver made it look easy and obliged to try without hesitation.
Made light work for running wheel barrows instead.

Lochgoilhead

Customer asked us to install a new 4000ltr septic tank as the old one hadn’t been serviced in over 10 years and had become unserviceable

We also removed the old Pitch pipe and installed new 110mm underground pipe, while also separating the existing surface water and bypassing the bee septic tank tying into the existing outfall.

McKinlays Quay, Sandbank
Customer asked us to scrape back the driveway ready for monoblock, install Gas services and ensure other services were correctly laid to building spec.
Along with installation of Foul & Surface water drianage for the house itself, landscaping of the existing bund and rock breaking ready for a patio.

Sub-Contract Customer

Client advised us that the customer had a dropped section of drain under the conservatory.

We excavated a new drainage run, remaking all the old connections for new, with new 320mm inspection chambers at each end for better access.
Perfect weather too☀️☀️✅

Innellan

Customer complained of surface water and running into the laundry room creating a damp wall & ruining the laminate flooring.

Excavating a new trench, laying perforated pipe and surrounding in round 20mm gravel, terminating at a new 320mm inspection point
We also tanked the outer wall with a damp proof application & modernised the access chamber lid & frame, finally dressed off with new gravel to finish✅

McKinleys Quay

Our client had a serious water issue coming from the rock face at the property rear.
We excavated a new trench & sump system from the rock, pipes into the existing surface water outlet & dressed with some fantastic 60-100mm stone from the local Argyll quarry.

We were then asked to create a hardstanding that could be removed if wanted, so we decided on a slab finish.
