4 race meetings left to go in 2026 for the Scottish C1 Cup, and all 4 have a different flavour. So why not have a unique poster for each event?

July sees the modern hot hatches of the SMRC package take on Knockhill, before the live-streamed August meeting as part of the support package for the Caterham’s, then September sees Knockhill’s reverse direction utilised for the only triple header meeting for the C1s, before finally rounding out with the season finale in October which usually becomes the title decider.

The annual “Grand Prix Walk in support of Race Against Dementia” is coming up soon. Maurice and his team always put on a fantastic event, and last year saw a great turn out. The SMRC support this event, as it’s a cause closely linked to our former honorary president, Sir Jackie Stewart, whom set up the charity following the diagnosis of wife, Helen, with frontotemporal dementia in 2014. The route is made up of a 1973m lap, symbolising Sir Jackie’s F1 word championship winning season. While Levengrove Park, sits close to his birthplace.

Entry is free, and it’s always a great day out for everyone!
