A brilliant day at Lifegate, in the heart of Whitfield, Dundee! 💜

Last Friday, Richard McIntosh, our Fund Development Manager and Hazel Anderson, our Grant Officer, met with Debbie and Geoff at Lifegate in Whitfield to tour the vibrant Community Church. They received a thorough overview of the impactful initiatives underway at Lifegate, including their intention to acquire the building to support their essential community projects.

Richard emphasised the value of Lifegate's ongoing efforts to enhance inclusivity and nurture a dynamic community, a clear dedication to support the exceptional work to create a brighter future for everyone, and their consistent engagement with the community is evident at every stage.

A significant focus was placed on Lifegate's application to the NHS Tayside Charitable Foundation to assist in securing the church currently up for sale. This strategic move would enable them to maintain their firm commitment to advancing community support initiatives for all members of the community.

Richard and Hazel expressed their appreciation to Debbie, Geoff and their devoted team of volunteers for the enlightening tour and the enriching discussions that took place during the visit 🫶🏼
