Roisin Smith, Siobhan Tolland and Lee Mills are your SNP Councillors for the Lochee Ward of Dundee.
Roisin is 48 years old, and a proud mum to Ethan who is 23 and Rebecca who is 26. Roisin started her career in banking, then moved on to work with Shelter Scotland as a money and debt adviser. Roisin has been employed as a caseworker for Chris Law MP and Joe FitzPatrick MSP based in the heart of Lochee and is now a full time student. Roisin will be proud to bring energy, fresh eyes and a strong female voice for Lochee and will work hard as a councillor to help in the fight for social justice.

📖 This is only possible thanks to our brilliant partners at Dundee Libraries, Leisure and Culture Dundee, Help For Kids and the Lochee Regeneration Forum.

We’ve welcomed our new Dolly to the Charleston Imagination Library and it’s always a joy catching up with the amazing Sarah and Debbie!
To date, 200 books have been delivered to local children FREE through the Charleston Imagination Library. 🌈📖
If you or someone you know has a child aged 0–5 living in the Charleston area, you can sign them up to receive free books every month!
This programme is also available through Stobswell Forum SCIO, Dundee for the Stobswell area and run within the Whitfield area- through the Community Empowerment Team.
