Boxercise Dundee

Due to staffing issues at the community centre. The wed class has had to be xld. I will be looking to start classes back up again sometime early in the new year. I want to thank every one for making the classes such a good laugh and i am proud of the effort everyone put in. Thank you all and sorry for the inconveniance.

Ok guys. Im sorry to anounce that the monday class is now xld. Chances are thursday will be the same. This is due to lack of numbers. However if anyone is still interested for thursday then pm me. I am also considering doing 1-1 during these times. Thank and would appreciate your opinions/comments. Wed class will remain the same in meantime.

Ok guys and girls. Training this monday will be at broughty beach. Will involve a short run. Sand dune sprints. Press ups. sit up. Lunges and a few other treats. Followed by pad work and then a few water exercises so remember a towel and change of clothes (including trainers) if u want to go in the water. There will be no fees but let me know if ur going. We will start at 6:30pm. Thanks
