PIN are looking for volunteers that could teach some ball skills to children for a couple of hours during the summer at a PIN event in Dumfries.

PIN need some volunteers that could maybe spend some time with kids teaching ball skills for a couple of hours, based in Dumfries.

We’re currently planning a PIN Family Fun Day in Dumfries this summer and are looking for recommendations for a children’s entertainer and face painter for a reasonable price.

During the school holidays, PIN organises activities for our families. We are currently planning our summer programme and are looking to connect with groups or individuals who could support us by delivering sessions such as bushcraft, nature trails, or any other engaging activities you may be able to offer.

We held an information session with Carina Macmillan, which was incredibly helpful and insightful. Carina explained how hypnotherapy can support children, teenagers, and parents who are experiencing stress, low confidence, and anxiety — particularly around school-related challenges.

She highlighted how personalised hypnotherapy sessions can be tailored to each individual’s needs, helping children, young people and families build confidence, manage anxiety, and feel more in control.
