R.O membranes replaced with new, this was carried out due to issues with the quality of water coming from the Reverse osmosis plant. When pulling the membranes out, several of the seals on the end of the membranes was damaged.

Installation work carried out on various sites from the back end of last year.
These installs are used to clean water up to a standard to be used for process.

Recent work carried out on a couple of iron removal filters, as you can see by the pictures, they wasn’t removing much iron.
Filters overhauled and put back into service to remove iron as they should.

Work carried out on this new Fleck 9500 water softener, filled with Purolite resin and all programmed and commissioned ready to be put to work.

Installation carried out of chemical dosing system for steam boilers at a hospital.
Tanks fitted along with chemical delivery pipes and double walled dosing line.

Duplex water softener installation carried out to soften the water being used on site.

Routine service work carried out.
