I’ve been thinking about opening up a few more 1:1 coaching/PT spaces each week. 👀🏋️‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤝

I’ve had a few people asking recently, so I thought I’d see if there’s any interest before I commit to adding more availability.

Whether you’re looking for a regular weekly slot, a catch-up every fortnight, or even just one session a month for a bit of accountability and direction, I can work around what suits you.

People often assume online coaching is pretty impersonal , but in reality it’s the opposite for me.

One of the hats I wear and I’m proud to make a difference and communicate with amazing and varied people daily 🧡🔥

A lot of people are unsure about online coaching because they assume it’s just
“here’s a programme, crack on” 🫠

But for me coaching is:

⚡️Individual programming around YOUR goals/life
⚡️Technique feedback and movement breakdowns
⚡️Nutrition guidance without extremes
⚡️Accountability and structure
⚡️Helping manage training around stress, work, kids, holidays etc
⚡️Adjusting sessions when life inevitably life’s 🤣
⚡️Voice notes, check-ins and support throughout the week
⚡️Teaching people how to train in a way that’s sustainable long term

Most people don’t need more punishment.
They need support, consistency and someone in their corner helping them build confidence and momentum 🫶🏼
