The unknown can be terrifying but only because that's what it is, the unknown.
Through classes, learning and talking to other mammies you will soon find that not only are your concerns shared, but theyre also halved (if not totally relieved!) ❤️‍🩹

There is no one size fits all for pregnancy and birth. But the one thing we can ALL do, is empower ourselves through knowledge and learn how to control our controllables.
