A huge thank you to everyone who has taken part and supported the monthly general knowledge quizzes and raffles in Leo's Pub, Park.

The money raised by our amazing quizmaster Carmel, has been donated to Park 60+ age concern group.

To date, since the quizzes have started in 2024, a whopping £1, 823 has been raised. This money has been spent on older peoples activities, refreshments and equipment and has been used to subsidise summer outings.

The Learmount Group and Park 60+ are truly grateful to Carmel for organising the quizzes; to Patricia and Maureen at Leo's Pub and to everyone who has taken part in the quizzes over the last two and a half years.

The quizzes have stopped for the summer and will resume in September.

Hopefully we will see you all again in September 💕

Rural Cottages in Ballyrory and nearby Townlands:

The Stonemasons Cottage Group (Ballyrory) have secured funding to gather and record details of old local cottages and need your help.

Details are on the attached post. If you can help, please contact Pat Deeny or Malcolm McSparron or scan the attached QR Code.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
