Had a client in yesterday with neck/shoulder pain from sleeping the wrong way and it's clear to see why.. the left should was raised on one side and needed released off and the surounding muscles balanced.

My client is a hair dresser and had to take the day off work so it's no surprise that her shoulders were full of tension/adhesions Client left with full range of movement in the neck and shoulders 🧡
