Another one on the up ⬆️⬆️ nice lean to rear extension to create a larger kitchen/ dining/ living area. Large glazed areas to over look our River. This was done under permitted development and we had a quick turnaround from initial call out/proposal to breaking ground.

Started the wee business 5 years ago. Thought a post would be appropriate to thank all my clients over the past 5 years for trusting me with putting their thoughts and plans on to paper. A big thanks to anyone who showed any interest in my page and liked, followed and shared content. It's all really appreciated and has allowed me to do something I enjoy.

Hopefully, I'll still be at it for a long time yet.

Single storey rear extension for living/ dining area opened to kitchen. Finishing touches to an application this week.

This one is a loft conversion at the proposal stage im finalising. There are lots of projects at different stages at the minute. A few are getting out of the ground this week alone, so i should have some good before and after photos in the pipeline.

Another successful planning application just approved. Busy few months since Christmas, so i haven't been as active as I'd like to be here.

I will be opening up my books again on 5th Jan '25 and will be booking in feasibility meetings that weekend. January through March is always the busiest time of year for me, so if you would like to pre arrange a slot, don't hesitate to give my page a message.
